Let me tell you a little bit about two very powerful and potent super fruits.

#1 Pomegranates
The juice of this gorgeous fruit helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure. It also protects your skin from UV ray damage. Also, studies are showing that it could possibly lower the risk of Alzeimers!

Drink some pomegranate juice and use pomegranate infused skin care products.

#2 Goji Berries
These little beauties are the Superman of superfruits!
     -They have 500 times more Vitamin C than an orange by weight.
     -They are the most abundant source of carotenoids (antioxidant) on Earth!
     -They contain more iron than spinach.
     -They have 18 amino acids, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Selenium
     -In addition to Vitamin C they also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6 and E.

Goji Berries stimulate the release of the growth hormone which improves our ability to sleep, helps us look younger, reduces fat, improves memory, boosts libido and enhances the immune system!
